Norexum AI
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Norexum AI services, APIs, agent runtime infrastructure, or related enterprise software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services description
Norexum AI provides multi-agent intelligence systems, orchestration infrastructure, and related technologies for enterprise automation, distributed reasoning, and autonomous digital operations. Service scope, deployment models, and feature availability are defined in your order form or enterprise agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our systems to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, compromise security of third-party systems without authorization, or deploy agents for harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized surveillance activities. Enterprise customers must maintain appropriate access controls and permissions architecture within their environments.
4. Intellectual property
Norexum AI retains all rights to its platform, orchestration engines, agent frameworks, documentation, and proprietary technology. Customer data and outputs generated from customer-provided inputs remain yours, subject to the license grants necessary for us to operate and improve the service.
5. Confidentiality & security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures including secure deployment options, observability controls, and permissions architecture. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement in accordance with applicable agreements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norexum AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate access in accordance with the enterprise agreement. Upon termination, access to the platform ceases and data handling follows the data retention provisions in your contract and our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws specified in your master services agreement. Disputes shall be resolved through the mechanisms defined therein, or through binding arbitration where applicable.
